As an officer of the Board of Directors of the International Council on Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Education (I-CHRIE), I am well acquainted with a majority of the nationally and internationally recognized hospitality educators and trainers.
When I personally decided to produce my own hospitality-related textbook, I decided to co-author it with the Panda Professionals team because of the vision and clarity I knew they would bring to the project. The fact that the book is now internationally recognized and is the most widely adopted work in its field is delightful, and I owe a good deal of that success to the Panda Professionals team.
